For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the mpo19 website accessible at https://mpo19.cam, including all sub-pages, features, and services made available thereon.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on the Platform or otherwise accesses any part of the mpo19 service.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, through which all deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are conducted.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, comprising both real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in a separate bonus wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or match-deposit bonuses credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and address verification process that mpo19 requires all Players to complete prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• "IDR" / "Rp" refers to the Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, which is the sole currency in which mpo19 processes transactions.
• "WIB" refers to Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone applied to all transaction timestamps, customer support hours, and promotion deadlines on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted by applicable law or by mpo19's own compliance policy.

Use of the mpo19 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mpo19 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and be accessing the Platform from a location where online betting is not expressly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You must be registering and using the account on your own behalf, not as an agent, nominee, or trustee of any third party.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of mpo19 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by mpo19 or by any other gambling operator, that remains in effect at the time of registration.
• You must not be registered on any national or international problem gambling self-exclusion registry that would make your participation on a gambling platform impermissible.

mpo19 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated by the Platform's compliance team will result in account suspension pending further review.

To access the full functionality of the mpo19 Platform, including placing bets and making deposits, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, mpo19 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending wagers, and permanently forfeit any balances held therein.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, active mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. mpo19 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. mpo19 will treat any activity conducted under your account credentials as authorized activity, and you will bear full responsibility for all such transactions. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify mpo19 support immediately at [email protected].

All mpo19 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). There is no facility to hold or transact in any other currency on the Platform. All displayed odds, bonus amounts, minimum and maximum bet limits, and withdrawal thresholds are stated in IDR.

mpo19 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming standards. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request is approved.

Players will be asked to submit clear copies of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National ID card / KTP, passport, or driver's license);
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence showing your full name and Indonesian address);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking account displaying your name and account number, or e-wallet account confirmation for OVO, DANA, or GoPay).

KYC documents submitted during WIB business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB) are typically reviewed within 1–3 business hours. Documents submitted outside these hours are reviewed on the next available business day. mpo19 may request additional documentation if initial submissions are insufficient to complete verification.

mpo19 reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any time during a Player's account lifetime, particularly following significant changes in transaction patterns, withdrawal requests above designated thresholds, or as required by the Platform's compliance obligations. Failure to cooperate with ongoing KYC requests may result in account suspension.

mpo19 accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Channel availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 50.000 for bank transfer transactions. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment channel and are displayed at point of transaction.

Deposits submitted during normal banking and e-wallet operating hours are credited to the Player's account balance in real time or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. mpo19 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank system outages, or transactions submitted outside WIB banking hours.

All funds deposited to your mpo19 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another Player, or receiving deposits from a third party into your account, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

mpo19 does not charge fees on deposits. However, individual banks and e-wallet providers may apply their own transfer fees, which are the Player's responsibility. Check your chosen payment provider's current fee schedule before initiating a transfer.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after KYC verification has been successfully completed. All withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with mpo19's anti-money-laundering procedures.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are disclosed within the Player's account settings.

Standard bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are processed within 1–3 banking hours during WIB business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB), excluding Indonesian public holidays. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within 30–60 minutes. Withdrawals submitted outside business hours are queued and processed at the start of the next available business session.

Funds derived from bonus credits are only eligible for withdrawal once all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. The Player's original cash deposit remains withdrawable at any time, subject to any applicable active-play conditions.

mpo19 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting updated KYC documentation, source-of-funds declarations, or supplementary identity confirmation. Processing timelines are suspended while verification is pending.

mpo19 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general bonus terms.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each Player is entitled to claim any given promotion once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus offers may not be combined unless expressly stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• mpo19 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not adversely affect Players who have already opted into and partially completed the promotion's wagering requirement.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games, crash games, and selected jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category is published in the Promotions section of the Platform.

mpo19 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, collusion, and arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms. Any Player found to have engaged in such conduct will have their bonuses voided, their account suspended, and their withdrawal requests placed under enhanced review. mpo19's determination in such matters is final.

mpo19 runs seasonal promotions aligned with key events in the Indonesian calendar, including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major sporting events such as BRI Liga 1 season openers, Champions League finals, and AFF Cup tournaments. Specific dates, prize pools, and eligibility conditions are published within each individual promotion's terms. These promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the mpo19 Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the Platform.

A bet is only considered accepted and valid when mpo19's system has issued a confirmed bet receipt displaying a unique transaction reference number. Bets not confirmed by the system due to connectivity issues, insufficient balance, or system errors are void and the staked amount is returned to the Player's balance.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and vary by market, event, and Player account tier. Current limits are displayed at point of bet placement. mpo19 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for any Player or market at any time without prior notice, including during live in-play events.

In the event that a manifestly incorrect price is displayed due to a system error, human error, or data feed failure, mpo19 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. mpo19 will endeavor to identify and correct pricing errors promptly and notify affected Players where reasonably practicable.

Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager, with odds multiplied across all legs. All selections must be correct for the bet to win. If one or more selections within a mix parlay are void, those legs are removed from the accumulator and remaining legs stand at their original odds. Specific mix parlay rules, including minimum leg requirements and maximum payout caps, are published in the Sports Betting section of the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mpo19 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account with or without their knowledge;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an account;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports integrity violation;
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical device to place bets or gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players;
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such gains are void and must be returned;
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the mpo19 Platform or its underlying technology;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which its use is prohibited under applicable local law, where the Player is aware of that prohibition.

All content on the mpo19 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, domain, software, game content, graphics, text, data compilations, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of mpo19 or is used under license from its respective rights holders, including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of mpo19.

mpo19 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be regarded as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

All Players may, at any time, activate the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount deposited. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Automated reminders or hard cutoffs that terminate the session after a defined period of play.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account pause of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which betting and deposits are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: A formal request to close the account for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable during the chosen period.

mpo19 reserves the right to impose limits, request responsible gaming assessments, or suspend accounts where behavior consistent with problem gambling is identified. mpo19 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's bank or payment provider;
• Activation of a self-exclusion request by the Player;
• The Player being identified as a minor;
• Any conduct that mpo19 reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its user community.

Upon termination for cause, mpo19 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not attributable to a breach by the Player, any confirmed real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of standard verification procedures.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mpo19 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of the Platform, whether direct or indirect;
• Interruptions, errors, or technical failures affecting the availability or performance of the Platform;
• Unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate due to data feed errors;
• Any tax liability arising from winnings in your jurisdiction — it is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with any applicable tax obligations.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, mpo19's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mpo19 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also confirm acceptance of mpo19's Privacy Policy.

mpo19 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and — with your consent — promotional communications. mpo19 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, mpo19 will provide notice to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent in-platform notification. The effective date of the revised terms will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request the withdrawal of your confirmed real-money balance by contacting support.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpo19 holds its international operating license. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration procedures before any judicial proceedings are commenced.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to preserve rights pending arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
